PROPS to Monica and Rigo Iñiguez on the birth of their daughter, Citlali Melissa, who was born on July 24th. Little Ms. Iñiguez weighed in at a healthy 6 lbs. 10 oz. Mom, baby, dad, and big brother are doing great. The Noble family congratulates the Iñiguez family! (Photo soon.)
