Employee Self Service (ESS) and W-2′s

Dear Employee,

It is important to assure that your employee contact information, address and telephone numbers are updated at all times so that the District can send you critical and timely information. An example of when it is important to maintain accurate information is the mailing of the 2009 W-2s. It is imperative that all employees update the system with any address changes using the Employee Self Service (ESS) as soon as possible. Use the Job Aid ESS Address Change to assist you with any questions you may have about using ESS.
